[Ansteorra] Proposed change in waterbearing

While your local approach is to not let bottles touch lips (and thank you
for that), that is not the approach of the Known World. In Ansteorra and at
Gulf Wars we take serious precautions to ensure sanitary bottles for our
members. However, last year was my first Pennsic and I was appalled to see
what they called waterbearing. They literally passed around gallon milk
jugs filled with water that had rubber tubes acting as straws. A jug was
handed to me and I was confused, not knowing what to do. They actually have
people drink for the same milk jug using the same straw. It was absolutely
disgusting.
I do think that this measure would be an overreaction, but what can we
expect form our lawsuit crazed society? I would like to echo HL Iaen's
praise-thank you to all waterbearers who have served this Kingdom. Huzzah!
