[Ansteorra] Answers to Questions-Waterbearer proposal

We don't necessarily need a revamp in the way we do things. Based on
postings by the Society President on the Chirurgeon and Waterbearer lists,
we can essentially set up a Guild for waterbearing (we already use a Guild
structure in Ansteorra) that mimics our existing structure. We can do
waterbearing just like we do today. We can have the local group hosting the
event pay for water, supplies, and furnish equipment. 

The only thing that would be lacking is a warranted officer and the
reporting etc that is related to that. We can even continue to use the same
badge.

Or everyone carries their own drinking container at all times and it is
filled from the water jugs/or by people carring them to the field.

I say this last issue can be solved with small paper Dixie cups, and someone
following about with a trash bag for proper disposal!
