Not really. The Society Waterbearer (when there has been one) was a deputy
to the Society Chirurgeon. But that is at the discretion of the SC. In some
kingdoms the waterbearers report to the Marshals. In Ansteorra and most
other kingdoms, they report to the Chirurgeons.

We have just such a person already....it called a chirurgeon...which is
the office where waterbearing is officialy under per copora
