[Ansteorra] waterbearing

It may sound like a strange solution, but couldn't a non-profit
corporation be set up for waterbearing.   It's pretty cheap to do so.
 The water-bearing could then "rent" supplies from the local sca group
for $1.00 an event.

Since the waterbearing is sponsored by a non profit it provides
liability to individuals.   If someone wanted to sue the non-profit.
and since the corporation would have no monies, there would be nothing
lawyers would get from it.    This protects the society from any
culpability in waterbearing.

The non-profit would be set up so that individual chapters  would be
part of the large non-profit.  this way there only has to be one set
of filings instead of a organization for each local waterbearer group.

Its a little bit of paperwork, but it may be a solution.
