The Saturday of Gulf Wars is always the third Saturday in 
March.  Because this year March 1st was on Saturday, Gulf Wars is on 
its earliest track.  Next year because the first Saturday will be the 
7th,  Gulf Wars Saturday will be the 21st, its latest track.
