I've always thought the principality of Moonshadow has a nice ring to it...or perhaps other words for lunar eclipse in latin? What would that be?  Might be cool.  
 
Whatever the name...a principality in the north would be a cool thing from every angle(in my opinion)...a much deserved advancement for the region!
