Here's something I read on the Rialto a few years ago. It might be
worth copying:

"At one event I was autocratting (yeah, yeah, I know some folks don't
like the 'word'), I asked the teenagers to be parking patrol folks -
mostly, their job was to help guide drivers to and from their sites
and the parking lot, but after noon, each kid had three signs that
read, "This is a PELL -since cars aren't supposed to be parked here"
which they were encouraged to leave on the front window of the car.
That was one of the best car-free events we had. (And it didn't hurt
that at least one kid stood guard over the car while so it wouldn't
really get damaged while another one went to find someone who'd know
who the owner was.) Folks wanted to keep their 'pell' signs, too -
but apparently so they could use them later on _their_ friend's cars!"
