I agree that all of those things are exceptable.
But as Mistress Serena posted, there were SEVERAL times at Warlord that I watched the fight yet had NO idea who won.  As a matter of fact, it happened so many times, I started watching to see which fighter was taking his card to the list mistresses.

And I'll fall (pun!) on the other side of the discussion.  :)  I don't 
prefer falling down.  I don't believe we're killing each other, I choose to 
believe we're brothers in arms, not enemies, striking telling blows at each 
other until one is acknowleged as being superior for the moment.  I believe 
that taking a knee, reversing a sword, or bowing to one's friend when bested 
is far superior.  But I won't try to convince someone who thinks falling 
down is better.
