I would guess so. Wonder what region the ISS would fall under?

Since JSC is in Texas and Shamino lives in Texas, Ansteorra claims the 
ISS as its lands!

The King should make a decree stating so :)

I might be able to arrange a contact with the ISS is it was desired.
