[Ansteorra] Something totally different - Banners

That is a much taller request, but I definitely appreciate the enthusiasm!
Where do you live, and I might be able to help you start a project, or hook
you up with someone who can. Completing these before Bordermarch myself will
be a little daunting with what I have already committed to.
