Dynamat I believe is what you are looking for.  It can be ordered 
online.  If not a loosely peened rivet has been known to work also.  The 
rivet is cheaper and if it doesn't work you can always peen it down.  
Also see if you can figure out were the ringing is coming from.  Lots of 
times it is the grill not the helm doing it.
