I'll piggyback on what Mistress Saundra said:

You have to charge NMS for every ADULT gate fee that is paid by a non-member.  

So, you have Joe, his wife Sue, and 2 kids ages 14 and 9.  The whole family are not members.  Joe and Sue pay the gate fee, plus NMS.  Because the kids have discounted "Minor" gate fees, they are NOT charged NMS.

Clear as mud?

Also, NMS is only paid on CALENDAR events, meaning those listed on the inside cover of the Black Star.  Jaegermeister in this case, is one of those.
