[Ansteorra] Fw: Something totally different - Banners

Yes, ALL the people that nagged me and my friends about this were all told
that the banners were with the Regional COMMANDERS. They were to pass it on
to the next regional commander. They were instructed that these were gifts
to the Crown and to care for them but to keep them in their regions.
