Another good resource is the Pillaged Village. They have several varieties
of cloth footwear all for under $10. They have a special right now - free
shipping for orders over $50. But, their shipping isn't that much either
way. Their website is www.pillagedvillage.com. They have an online catalog
or one in pdf format that can be downloaded.
