Perhaps, but their sainthood springs from the lack of water around them not
the immersion therein. They bring a most valuable resource to those who most
need it at some cost to themselves. I think I'll vote for
sainthood/goddess/whatever for those who have provided water in the past and
those who will continue to do it.
