I find it "refreshing" (pun intended) that we are for once taking a step
back from bureaucracy and paper work.  Letting something just be what it is,
an act of kindness, is somewhat a foreign idea in today's society (the
mundane not ours). I very much appreciate "waterbearers" official or not. I
know that those out there will continue to do it anyway, and that is great
for me!

Yea!  For getting rid of some paperwork.
