[Ansteorra] Recent treaty?

Ansteorra currently maintains a treaty for the Order of the Golden Lance with Trimaris.  At Gulf Wars, Ansteorra and Trimaris will be welcoming Caid into the treaty.  I have been working with the Crown of Ansteorra and Principal Heralds of these kingdoms (who have been working with their respective Crowns) to facilitate this.

Fair Greetings,

I have a recollection of reading something--possibly on this list, possibly on another Ansteorran list--that Ansteorra had recently signed a treaty with another kingdom, so that we would share a grant-level award name and regalia (like we do with the White Scarf and Arc d'Or.)

I was thinking that it was the equestrian award, the Golden Lance, and that the other kingdom was Caid, but my memory could easily be faulty. Does anyone know which award and kingdom I'm almost-remembering? Or did I dream the whole thing?
