[Ansteorra] Judging forms - was Tips for people entering KA&S

Below is Her Grace, Willow de Wisp's suggestions for Kingdom A & S. As one
of the laurels intimately involved in the development of the judging forms
used in Ansteorra, I wanted to add a little clarification on those forms.
Let me start with a quote from the Kingdom Minister of Arts & Sciences web
page.

"The Ansteorran judging forms provided on this page below [actually, the
link is above - oopsy, need to correct that :)] were developed by the
Ansteorran Laurels over a period of several years and the forms continue to
be revised as needed for the Kingdom. Prior to these forms being developed,
local A&S officers were "on their own" to find a judging form for their
event. Even the Kingdom A&S competition forms varied from year to year,
creating a great deal of confusion. In 1998 the Ansteorran Laurels met at a
retreat to develop a form that would provide a reasonable scoring system for
a variety of art forms. Performing Laurels worked on the Performing judging
sheets, Laurels interested in research and historical papers worked on the
Scholarly judging sheets, and Laurels representing a wide range of arts and
crafts worked on the Static judging sheets."

Since that time, we have had two major revisions, the current forms being
the result of our 2007 retreat.

In our discussions we had many goals. Two, in my opinion, stand out: 1) to
provide an outline to entrants of what current Ansteorran laurels are
looking for in a static piece, performance or scholarly paper (and
therefore, an outline for documentation), and 2) to provide judges with an
instrument that makes judging as thorough and objective as possible.

We are _always_ open to suggestions for improvement for our overarching goal
is to serve the artisans, performers and researchers of Ansteorra.
