Actually, the College of Three Bridges is not incipient. It survived to make
it into a full College group. However, when the key people who had kept it
alive graduated, it had troubles getting and keeping officers and was made
dormant (an option for Colleges and some military related groups) and is
still dormant. We have helped in the creation of a history club on the
campus of UTA which then hosts SCA events on campus at no charge to us. This
is, IMHO, a better option (we had to have this part of the equation when the
College of Three Bridges was active anyway) and it avoids the reports,
meetings, and officer recruitment required to keep the College up and
running. Students join the Barony of Elfsea which owns the zip codes in the
area.

In service,
Caelin on Andrede
