Thank you for your response.  I would like to publicly apologize for the tone of my email that you responded to.  In retrospect reviewing it, I think the message came off differently than I had meant for it to.  It was not meant as a condemnation but merely an expression on my own frustration at the situation as well as attempted way to jokingly reference how I am not one of the "in the know" people for any chirurgeonate policy or issues.
