I have been trying to resolve an issue for almost a week and can get no resopnce from 
 'acceps-admin at ansteorra.org'

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Yes, it only affects Gleann Abahann and hopefully for this Gulf only. All the Earl Marshals agreed to run their perspective battles again if enough 16-17 year old fighters want to fight.

16-17 year old fighters may enter any tourney and fighting any pick up fighting that they want.

This doesn't affect Ansteorran youth combat.
