[Ansteorra] Youth fighters at Gulf Wars

Greetings to all,
 
With regards to the Youth fighting with adults in melees I would like clarification.  Will my 17 year old son ,who is authorized to fight heavy combat with adults and who fought last year at Gulf Wars with adults at the age of 16, be allowed to fight this year with the adults at Gulf Wars?
