[Ansteorra] Plug for xXx Tournament of Champions (was:branch herald regalia competition)

Hopefully many of the branches will be displaying their Heraldic finery in support of their champions at the xXx Tournament of Champions, Friday afternoon at 2:00PM, sponsered by the Shire of the Shadowlands.
