[Ansteorra] needing some heraldry assist and artwork

Many years ago when they were trying to make a new badge for the MOC I was asked to create something like this. (The then MOC rejected it so it is not in use.)

I still have that old art of a 'rampant' child. But it was basically a centuries old silhouette of a child being a drum major.
