I did not know Nimerl myself, but there is a specific request to pass this information on to three particular individuals, one of whom was last known to be in Texas. . .

Those of us who recall him remember a man of prodigious knowledge and amazing quirky humor who could cook, calligraph, teach, sing in ancient Welsh and quote history like a professor.  Sadly his time in the Society was short but he is remembered by many.
> According to his wishes he was cremated as soon as his body was released.  His family is holding his ashes and, as soon as the weather improves, will hold a celebration of his life at Bonner Point in Bath, North Carolina.  The date for this has not yet been set, but I will post it here as soon as I know it.

They are people I know were friends of his, but I no longer have contact information for them…  Allasondrea de Fano, Ciarren of Kells, and an individual known only to me as Woody, who was his roommate for a number of years, was briefly in the SCA with him, and was last known to be living in Texas.
