Baron Vargskol Halfblood is easily findable.  He's Steve Jackson of Steve 
Jackson Games in Austin, TX (http://www.sjgames.com/).  He was a Society 
Chronicler, the first Ansteorran kingdom chronicler, and the first baron of 
Bryn Gwlad.
