Yes. If you have three blankets, two go under you! I did one very cold Gulf
War with one blanket and a big air mattress. I nearly froze to death. I
finally got another blanket and put it under me and rolled up in the other
one.

Alarm clock? Nooooooo, I don't need no stinkin' alarm clock.

Something I can add to the list is a pump for the air mattress and something
to insulate it, like an egg crate mattress cover. If the air in the mattress
gets cold your butt gets cold. Another hard lesson learned at Gulf Wars....
