[Ansteorra] The Book of Texas

Hello
   In digging through the Kingdom history files I found a mail out dated
February AS X, sending new pages for "The Book of Texas" and informing
people to update any references for the march of the Steppes to Barony of
the Steppes and to update the march of Bearsfort to Shire of Bjornsberg.

    Can anyone give me more information about the Book of Texas please?
