[Ansteorra] replacement AOA and device registration

Hello all,

I lost my AOA years ago in a move and I am not sure who I would need to talk to in order to see about getting a replacement if at all possible. Also I am working on a device and Also I need to talk to someone about registering my device.
I'm not sure if I need to talk to my Local herald for this or not.
Any help would be appreciated.
