[Ansteorra] Washed fighter cards

Depends on how you recover. I waited just shy of 6 weeks to return to  
rapier fighting.(I had a normal birth) Take it slowly, listen to your  
doctor and most importantly listen to your body.

It can take as long as 6 months for your hips to settle back in where  
they belong.
