Greetings Ian,

It is wonderful to see so many activities happening. It should make
for a fun weekend.

I am writing to seek some information from you. There will be three
people in my small car so we won't be able to fit in camping gear or
even bed rolls, we will be bringing armor and swords instead. We must
therefore seek lodgings off-site.

That being the case, can you tell us what time armor inspection begins
or what time morning court is planned to begin? We would not want to
pose any insult to our Beautiful Queen by appearing to be late or
slovenly in our duties to her. We are coming to her tournament to
honor her.

Once on site we plan to stay as late as possible to entertain our
Queen and revel with the populace but we still need to know when to
arrive.

Any information you could provide to me on that topic would be so very
greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

HE Claire Shayhan

The focus of the Queen's Champion Event will remain on the Rapier tournament and Rapier community...any heavy weapons or youth combat that might occur will only do so is such a manner so as to not detract from the primary activity of the event. However since this is a camping event and unlike some other previous Queen's Champion events we wanted  to make sure there was something for everyone to do.
