Agreed I have our virtual scribe working on adding this information as we speak. But incase his skills or access is waning.

Armor inspection starts at 9am
The tournament starts after morning court and the introduction of the list participants to Her Majesty at HRM leisure (Hopefully around 10-10:30am)
The tournament format is normally a standard double elimination.

There are two offsite hotels one is the:
Budget Zzzz Motel (918) 358-3591 1209 W Caddo St, Cleveland, OK
This is a quaint small town hotel with a limited supply of rooms.
The better of the two is the:
Victorian Inn (918) 358-3531 563 E Pogue St, Cleveland, OK

There are other hotels a little further out at Manford Ok if you search on gooogle you should find them.
