The term you're looking for is "not recorded in the OP". :)
Non-armigerous awards are defined as awards that do not carry an
inherent award of arms with them. They may or may not carry precedence
and may or may not be recorded in the OP, depending on the award.

For example, the Sable Falcon is a non-armigerous award that is
recorded in the OP, and that carries a precedence lower than an Award
of Arms, but higher than the now-closed Principality of Ansteorra
award "Order of the Madonnas of Ansteorra".

On the other hand, many (all?) baronies have non-armigerous awards
that are considered group honors and are not recorded in the kingdom
OP, as opposed to their baronial service award which is armigerous and
is recorded in the kingdom OP. Northkeep has the Crimson Star,
non-armigerous, and the Lion's Paw of Kenmare, armigerous. Such
baronial honors *should* be recorded in the local groups' OP, of
course, along with the usual list of champions and other such honors;
these items are important to a groups' history -- but that is an
entirely different discussion!
