I attended Laure's Prize Tournament this weekend.

I just wanted to tell all of you that missed it you missed a grand feed!

The food was fresh, plentiful and tasty;
 both breakfast and lunch. And for those of you that don't know me, I am
kinda picky. And I was well fed!

To the cooks: I am sorry we were not able to eat it all! We tried!
But I was also pleased to be able to take home some of the Curried Couscous
Chicken Salad.

Yum!  Will the talented lady that made that please send me the recipe! Even
my picky husband liked it.

Thank you for your wonder foods and your gracious hosting of the whole
event.

Congratulations Seawinds! Oh, and thanks for not having any hurricanes this
time.
