[Ansteorra] Crown Tourney

Makes sense to me, Sir Burke! The tourney in January (where HRH Jean Paul
and HRH Gilyan won) was held in Raven's Fort. So the northern rotation is
coming up. I'm not sure when the specific group will be announced, but I'm
almost 100% sure it'll be in the central or northern region.
