Let's hope that "men" in this context refers to both wer-men and wif-men :-)

I wouldn't want to be in earshot when Duchess Rowan and Duchess Britta (both
KSCA, and Rowan the first Queen Regnant in the history of the SCA) heard
someone say that all fighters are men. I'm sure the comment wasn't meant to
suggest that only the presence of a Y-chromosome enables one to wield a
sword.
