[Ansteorra] missing achievements submissions?

Earlier this week, I received an e-mail that had (according to its  
header) been sent to my office e-mail address on the 17th of  
November.  It could've just been one of those flukes that  
occasionally happens, but I thought it might be a good idea to make  
the following announcement:

I've processed all the achievement submissions I've received, and  
answered all the inquiries.  If you wrote to me asking about an  
achievement or sent me a form and you haven't heard back, it must've  
gotten lost somewhere between your computer and mine.  The address  
seems to be working fine, now, so send it again, and I'll deal with  
it as quickly as possible.
