[Ansteorra] Rose Tournament at Gulf Wars

Greetings!

Her Royal Majesty Ansteorra will be holding a rapier tournament at Gulf Wars.

If you wish to participate, you must have a sponsor arranged prior to
the day of the tournament. Each Queen, Princess, and Lady of the Rose
of the Known World is allowed to sponsor two entrants, one of which
may be a member of the Order of the White Scarf (or its equivalent
order from another kingdom). If your sponsor will not be present at
Gulf Wars, please bring a letter of introduction from her to the
tournament. Armor inspection will begin at 8:00 AM on Thursday, March
18th. The Tournament itself will begin at 9:00 AM.

This tournament is always a highlight of the War for the Roses, as the
rapier community never fails to impress with its many displays of
skill, honor, and grace. But it's an especially memorable day for both
Her Majesty and Her Highness. Please be part of it. :o)
