[Ansteorra] Fee Increase and other Business...

I believe that if the entry fee is discounted, then no NMS fee applies. That's why kids without memberships don't have to pay the NMS fee. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I don't know if you can use the Baronial $ ( that really is SCA inc. $ ) to pay SCA inc. surcharges? That really is robing Peter to pay Paul I guess. Baronies can let people into their events for free. They have done that in the past for Nobility, champions, etc.... Maybe a coupon for free admittance that clearly states $5 per person non-member fee still applies.
  As for the garb, we have loaner garb to. I just thought simple tunics and/or tabards that a person could keep would be a little something to endear a person to us. Thank you  to Yoshi for this idea.

Well, we do have a specific amount allotted to that office each month but I
am not sure what the legal implications are for how it is used. As for garb
we keep loaner garb folks can use to get started. I like the coupon idea
too.
