That should be 'garden' and this acticle is pretty much fluff, but the
idea has taken off at other places and the public 'donates' as well as
the workers.

ome places encourage the public to pee onto pee bales out in the
shrubbery 
ather than use flush toilets. Saves money plus good for the garde.
