[Ansteorra] Voluntary tagging

Why reinvent the wheel. We already have a symbol for the office of
hospitaler, so wouldn't that make an appropriate token given that we are
talking newcomers. A token with the Gold Key of the hospitaler makes sense
to me, but it's been a rough morning and I've not had near enough coffee
yet.. LOL

Something like this could be given and exchanged for loaner garb as was
mentioned. Still think it needs to be in conjunction with the set up of
Newcomers Point and making the Hospitaler a more visual element of the event
site.

No, I have no design in mind. I am a little surprised there is not already
such a badge. Perhaps we just need to ask in a broader venue. If not I
certainty can design something.
