Dear Heralds, Seneschals, Landed Nobles, and Interested Observers:

Master Francois la Flamme has kindly added a nifty new feature to the online Order of Precedence database. You can now find out whether or not I have received a court report for a recent event by performing these steps:

1. Go to http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/OP/
2. Under "Interactive Search of the Roll of Precedence," click "Event Search."

A page will be displayed that lists recent events and a simple yes/no to indicate whether I have received the report. 

Please note that while a "yes" notation on this page indicates that I have received a report, it doesn't necessarily mean that I have entered the awards from that report into the database. I try to enter reports as soon as I receive them, but sometimes it takes a week or two.

As always, court reports are due within two weeks of an event. If you completed a report, please ALWAYS send it to me, regardless of whether the event is marked as "yes" on this page or not. Multiple reports help me ensure that all of the awards from a given event are accurately captured.
