[Ansteorra] Star Signet hello!

[Duncan Hepburn]

Greetings! Some of this you may have seen already in the January Black 
Star, but I am posting this for those who might not have seen it yet.

My name is Duncan Hepburn, and I am proud to now be serving Ansteorra as 
your new Star Signet. I've been a member of the College of Scribes and 
Illuminators for many years, mostly on the calligraphy side. During my 
three tours as Sable Scroll Pursuivant, I was just blown away by the 
dedication and talent of the illuminators and calligraphers in this kingdom.

I would like to thank Baroness Suzanne for all of her hard work and 
dedication to this office over the past two years. I wish her the best 
as she begins her tenure as baroness of Bjornsborg.

I would also like to thank the members of the College of Scribes, who
continue to volunteer their time and resources painting charters, 
creating and donating award insignia, and producing original award 
scrolls to fill the needs of the Crown. It is these efforts that 
contribute to making each and every award bestowed by the Crown part of 
a magical moment.

I look forward to working with the College these next two years in this
office. It is my goal to enrich the kingdom thru the promotion of 
scribal art. I am in service to each and every member of this great 
College of Scribes, so please feel free to contact me if there is 
anything I can do for you to help with scribal pursuits.
