I am interested in teaching a couple of classes at Winter Kingdom this year.  I was trying to download the request form but sadly my outdated machine for scibing such things won't let me open the document.


1st class  
 The Long and The Short of It: Basic Garb.1 hour class Limit 20 (minimum 3)
Learn how to make a simple tunic 

Items needed:
sewing machine
thread
pins
needles if you want to try sewing by hand
3yards of your choice of fabric (45 inch) or 1.5 - 2 yards of 108inch muslin (for the more generous figure)



2nd class
Sewing with Liadan: An Intro to Sewing for Smalls (ages 7 and up) (Min: 3) Limit 20  2 hour class
Come learn the basics of sewing  and create a simple tunic by hand.

Items needed
 2-3 yards of 45 inch fabric of your choice
a box of Pins
needles


3rd class
I have to do What?!: How to be a great MoC.  No limit. 45 minute class
Ever wonder what to do with the smalls that are entrusted to your care and teaching?  Come and learn how to expand their horizons and keep them coming back for more.

Subject: [Ansteorra] Winterkingdom

Greetings one and all.  I would like to invite everyone to the Barony of Northkeep's Winterkingdom event coming up on the 6th of February.  The annual event of wonderful classes and education will be held at the Bernsen Community center in downtown Tulsa Oklahoma.  A map with directions is available on the website.  A wonderful feast will be provided the evening of the event and should not be missed by anyone.  
There are a few things to note about this site however.  There will be no food allowed at the class site.  This is a site rule and one we can't work around unfortunately.    We do however have a second site close by were we will hold our feast.  Also we will be working up a list of restaurants close to the site.  
Now for the important part.  Winterkingdom needs YOU!  To be a teaching event we need teachers.  A link to the class request is also on the site or you can contact me at this address.  I need to know what the class title, a short description, cost if any, and if there is a limit on the number of students.  

Thanks to everyone and looking forward to seeing everyone there.  I will post this to other lists when I get home from work since I don't have my address list with me here at work. Please feel free to cross post this to any lists available.
