[Ansteorra] need Fabric Experts

My main problem with ordering fabric over line is i see it. I have bought most of my fabric by going to warehouses with a lighter and looking and feeling things with unmark content. 
I know I am a Laurel but I tell stories not make costumes. Give me a break we can't know everything. So help me out.What words would I look for to make a nice early period Saxon tunic with an underdress and veil.
