[Ansteorra] Westgate forthcoming dissolution

Hello Ansteorra!

It is my sad duty to announce that the Canton of Westgate has taken the
steps to dissolve. We want everyone to know how grateful we have been for
your support over the last 20 years, especially our parent group, the Barony
of Stargate, as well as the Barony of Loch Soilleir and the Shire of Gate's
Edge.  Mistress Hillary Greenslade has been the prop and stay of our group
from its transition from Dun Bruadair to Westgate -- to its ending days.
Many other wonderful people have gone out of their way to provide their
talents and their time to us, and we appreciate them very much.

We have also been buoyed by the support of the College of Heralds and the
Arts and Sciences groups across the kingdom. Our champions have also warmed
our hearts, as have all our other friends and teachers.

Westgate has always considered itself a core group of Stargate, with our
allegiances to Westgate an extension of our love and honor for our Barony.
Westgate and its traditions may be gone but will never be forgotten.
