The text they give with it is
<http://www.academiabarilla.com/academia/gastronomic-prints/browse-gastronomic-prints-collection.aspx?q=XVI#anchor21450>
They say "XVII cent.", which would be the 1600s, post-period for the
SCA, and the clothes look to my untrained eye to be from the 1600s.
However, they also say "A rare representation of a women selling
grilled vegetables outdoors.", but "Wurst" is clear in the caption.
A large form of the image is at
<http://www.academiabarilla.com/download_016_jpg.aspx>
Looks to me like a propane grill and sausage onna bun.

Someone else posted the Babelfish version. Google Language Tools
(<http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en>) / Translate text often
works fairly well. Not so well this time, though.
