[Ansteorra] Digest Length

Normally if there is not an event on the horizon the digests are smaller.  The more going on, the more messages, the longer the digest.

Had to change the Subject because of some dumb filter thingy that shoved my message into a hold pattern for a moderator.  Duh... since when did this start?
