[Ansteorra] Why Crown Tourney has been moved to the heat.

Crown Tourney has been moved so we can have Heirs to work out the arrangements for Gulf War. The arrangement was agreed on after a lot of effort on our Crown, Coronets and officers. 
The other kingdoms involved stated that they had to have someone who could speak for the Crown available. 
Because the situation is outside our control if we want Gulf Wars I would be willing to allow indoor fighting. 
I feel that we have made too many changes to accommodate Gulf Wars. I do not think all the changes are necessary but this is one that we just can't get around.
