The only note I'd make is that I found that the bacon, even though
thick-sliced, easily had its taste overwhelmed by the melted
semi-sweet chocolate chips that it was dredged thru.  Too much
chocolate and it tasted like semi-sweet chips that had something
somewhat crunchy in it.
